Well, Christmas is already passed, Santa Claus brought our gifts, stomach is trying to digest all we ate, and I decided to write about one of the appetizers that I cooked for the Christmas table. It's easy and delicious and it is very simple to cook.
In this recipe salted codfish can be replaced with other fish.
You will need:
- 500g fish (soaked salted codfish)
- 700-1000ml of milk
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (optional, I do not put it45)
- 1-2 potatoes
- refined oil - about 200ml, salt, pepper
- lemon juice
Clean fish from skin and bones and put to boil in milk (with garlic) for about half an hour, milk should cover the fish, almost all milk should be absorbed at the end. Clean and boil a couple of potatoes. Then leave potatoes and fish to cool. When everything has cooled a bit, put all in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat at high speed. Add oil in a thin stream, as for making mayonnaise. Then add a little of lemon juice, pepper and salt (salt, if you use other fish). At the end I used hand blender with wire whisk to make it moew creamy.
This time I got a piece of the tail, but if you take a shoulder, the mousse will be more airily. Serve it on toast.

Sometimes in this crazy world of mustaches, the blonds don't get as much attention. (Not to be confused it "blonde" by the way...the added "e" makes it feminine!) For obvious reasons we can't grow one, so we can have a nice little brooch to pin up!

Today I write not only about my new brooches but also about new chrocheted scarf that i made. I like very much all kind of needle and craft work. When I was teen I start to needlepoint frivolite, cross-stitch, crochet and knitting. My grandma taught me this. This is knitted scarf that i made 6 years ago. It was 2.5 m/98" long and I very liked it.
Now I made oversized white knitted scarf. And what can be better than make photos of new Cream brooch and Burgundy brooch with this new scarf? If you have scarf you can wear one of these brooches in so may ways! It will be fabulous accessory with any outfit!

In my posts in april I wrote about how to sew pillow in Patchwork Spiral stile. With example of a divan pillow I'll described the steps to making it. "Spirals" is one of techique of patchwork. This particular technique gives room to imagination as small pieces of fabric assemble an inimitable design, that’s why every piece of work made in this style is very unique and original. And a result is a lovely refreshing accent for your living room or patio! Your guests will notice this wonderful quilted pillow!
I made this two pillows about one month ago, but didn't have a time to wrote about it. The first one was in teal and white shades. These two are in brown and cream color combination with backing in brown gabardin cotton.

Today I preset you Cream and Cerise leather brooch. This is not one of my newest creations but I like it too much. This combination colors of cream and cerise is as brightly as neutral. That's why you can dress on your everyday clothes or holiday dress, bag or blouse or what you want.
You have to know how to wear a brooch. Brooches worn on the right and left breast, on the lapel of the jacket, on the corner of the collar of the blouse or the dress, on the pocket. You can pin it also on the beret or the hat. Is very good to combine color of the brooch with the color of bag or shoe.
Today I preset a new fabric necklace Pearl Dream. This necklace has so femmine color in pearl tones. So many shades of white, pearl, cream and beige! I totally fell in love with this fabric when I saw it. What do you think?
